In the first place, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the parent supervision activities, the Senior High school Department has formulated a detailed plan in advance, clearly defining the time, responsibilities and discipline requirements for the parent supervision, and arranging it through the head teachers' meetings. After the head teachers sent out an invitation through the class group, it received a wide response. Accordingly, parents enthusiastically signed up and finally, based on the parents' availability, a patrol examination team was formed.

In the second place, on the day of the exam, the inspectors arrived at school on time. Under the guidance of Vice Principal Xiao Qingke, Assistant Principal Xu Zuitai and Director Xu Haohong, parent representatives went to the examination rooms to conduct the inspection work. Entering the teaching building, the corridor was in perfect order. For one thing, the invigilators strictly followed the examination procedures to distribute the test papers and verify students' information. For another, inside the examination room, students were sitting upright and concentrating intently. Sometimes they were deep in thought, and at other times they were writing answers with their pens, demonstrating a good learning attitude and test-taking posture.

In the third place, parents moved quietly from one examination room to another, meticulously observing the examination rules and the performance of the candidates. 'Unexpectedly, the examination venue management at the school was so strict. Also, the children were all very self-disciplined. Thus, such an examination environment makes us feel very at ease.' said a parent after inspecting the exam site. In the meantime, through close observation, not only did parents experience Anqing Foreign Language School's rigorous academic approach, but also gained a more direct understanding of their children's learning situation at school.
